    Farepak investigation report passed to lawyers

    (29/05/2008) The consumer minister Gareth Thomas, announced to Parliament on 12 May that the government’s investigation into Farepak, the Christmas hamper company, by the companies investigations branch of the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) had been completed. It is now “getting legal advice on whether there are grounds for further action.”
