UNISON members and green activists were out in strength on the streets of Glasgow on Saturday as part of the Global Day of Action for Climate Justice.

Around 100,000 people in total marched in Glasgow, in just one of hundreds of similar events around the world – all demanding that the government leaders meeting at the COP26 climate conference do more to avert climate catastrophe.
