On the eve of its national delegate conference in Glasgow, UNISON will host an international rally and reception for all delegates.
The rally will take place at the Crowne Plaza hotel on Monday 15 June starting at 6pm. General secretary Dave Prentis will be joined by international guests from Swaziland, Colombia, Israel and Nigeria.
We will also be launching an appeal for the office of a garment workers’ federation in Bangladesh that we’ve been supporting through the UNISON International Development Fund.
The rally will be followed by a drinks reception at 7.30pm.
