Does your branch have a pay champion? UNISON would like every health branch to nominate an NHS pay champion to support branch secretaries in getting the message out on pay and the importance of a high turn-out and ‘yes’ vote in the ballots taking place in England and Wales.
Alongside stewards and branch activists, they will play a crucial role in talking to members, getting non-members to join UNISON and making sure that the ballot turn-out is a priority.
