A by-election will take place for the Eastern region general seat on the health care service group executive, opening on 6 December and closing 5pm on Friday 20 January.
The candidates are Harry Seddon and Darren Barber.
Ballot papers will be sent to members’ home or other notified address. Members will be provided with a prepaid envelope to return their paper to the independent scrutineer.
Papers will start being sent on 6 December. If members have not received a paper by 12 December 2016, they should contact the ballot helpline on 0800 0 857 857, textphone 0800 0 967 968..
Lines are open from 6am to midnight Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and members should try and have their membership number available when phoning.
The deadline for requesting ballot papers via the ballot helpline is 16 January 2017.
