Help UNISON campaign for equality

Take the UNISON equality survey – you could win three nights for two people at Croyde Bay Holiday Resort

Last year, nearly 5,000 UNISON members took part in our equality survey – one of the biggest responses to any survey ever run by UNISON.

We used the results to brief our service groups and self-organised groups on key equality issues for their bargaining and organising agendas.

The survey is not just for activists, so please encourage as many of your UNISON workmates and friends as possible to take part by sharing this bulletin.

This section is about young members equality. UNISON young members group is for members who are under 27. Our young members group works with other parts of the union to encourage recruitment, organisation and participation of young workers. The group also provides a powerful voice for young members and the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.

Black members equality

This section is about equality for Black members. UNISON’s Black members group works with all parts of our union to improve equality in the workplace and challenge racism and discrimination.
