Reserved (low pay) rate – Rule Q definitions

The median gross weekly earnings for all employee jobs, full-time or part-time, was £416.50 in 2013. 

A 2.64% increase on the 2012 revised weekly figure (£405.80) has been calculated. This means the hourly payth reshold for reserved (low pay) seats on UNISON bodies, in line with Rule Q, is now £9.19 per hour with effect from December 2013.
