UNISON’s organisation is designed so that all members can be heard and involved. We try to make this as simple and as democratic as possible.

Branches

Branches are the bedrock of the union: without them there would be no union to support members at work and negotiate for a better deal.

UNISON is divided into 12 regions across the UK. The region is the main link between neighbouring branches and between branches and UNISON’s national executive council.
