On 23 September UNISON launched our new organising and membership tool WARMS – Web Access RMS.
WARMS will make it easier for all branches to administer their membership records as well as accessing essential reporting whilst being able to communicate with their members via WARMS built-in bulk email facility. WARMS is RMS (our membership record system), but with a brand new web-like look and feel as it is accessed by key branch personnel via UNISON’s secure website.
Learning and using WARMS is quick, simple and convenient. A must as the system will be used by busy branches with limited facility time and resources. Training on the system will be delivered through an e-learning platform – a first for UNISON. E-learning is not only simple and convenient to use but also drives access to WARMS – the more e-learning you do, the more of WARMS you can use.
WARMS and the e-learning will be accessed though UNISON’s secure gateway.
Regions are now working on their rollout plans to deliver WARMS to branches and will be contacting your branch soon, if they have not done so already. If you would like more information on WARMS and when it is coming to you please contact your regional membership team.
