Nurses and health workers from across South London are swapping their uniforms for the stunning, brilliantly coloured costumes of the carnival this weekend (28th/29th August). They are taking to the streets, climbing aboard the UNISON bus, and joining in Europe’s biggest street festival – the Notting Hill Carnival.
The UNISON members are masqueraders, part of the award winning South Connections, and they are getting into the party spirit by celebrating this year
