Local government conference

The 2009 UNISON local government conference takes place from Sun 14 - Mon 15 June 2009, at the Brighton Centre.

The conference timetable is:

  • Submission of motions: 12 noon on Friday 20 February 2009
  • Publication of preliminary agenda: Friday 13 March 2009
  • Deadline for submission of delegates: Friday 27 March 2009
  • Deadline for submission of amendments: 12 noon on Friday 17 April 2009
  • Publication of final agenda: Friday 5 May 2009

Accommodation
Branches are encouraged to arrange accommodation through the Brighton Local Authority Accommodation Bureau. Using the Brighton Accommodation Service supports the work of our members in local government and ensures our continuing ability, as a not-for-profit organisation, to secure preferential rates for our conference venues.
