UNISON Disabled Members' Conference 2013

The 2013 UNISON Disabled Members' Conference takes place from 2pm, Saturday 26th October to 12.30pm, Monday 28th October 2013 at Manchester Central.

Timetable

  • Deadline for Submission of Motions: 5pm, Friday 5 July 2013
  • Deadline for Submission of Amendments to Standing Orders: 5pm, Friday 5 July 2013
  • Deadline for Submission of Amendments to NDMC Constitution: 5pm, Friday 5 July 2013
  • Publication of Preliminary Agenda: Friday 26 July 2013
  • Deadline for Submission of Delegates:  5pm, Friday 2 August 2013
  • Deadline for Babysitting, Creche and Reasonable Adjustment requests for access:  5pm, Wednesday 14 August 2013
  • Deadline for Submission of Amendments:  5pm, Friday 30 August 2013
  • Publication of Final Agenda:  Friday 27 September 2013
  • Deadline for Submission of Emergency Motions:  5pm, Friday 18 October 2013
  • Deadline for submitting Change of Delegates on the OCS:  5pm, Wednesday 23 October 2013

Accommodation

Branches are encouraged to arrange accommodation through Visit Manchester.  Using the booking service supports the work of our members in local government and ensures our continuing ability, as a not-for-profit organisation, to secure preferential rates for our conference venues.

Visit Manchester are in the process of securing special rates for the delegates and visitors of the UNISON Disabled Members' Conference 2013. 

 

There are a limited number of options available to book now, however the full range of accommodation will be available to book from Tuesday 21st May 2013.  

 

There will be a wide choice of accommodation including accessible bedrooms and apartments across the city. You can book and secure your own accommodation using either pro-forma invoices or credit/debit card. If you require any assistance with your reservation, support is available via the Accommodation Booking team.
