FOR EX-CRC PARENT ORGANISATION AND SUPPLY CHAIN STAFF ONLY

Negotiations on proposals to harmonise the pay and conditions of ex-CRC parent company and supply chain employees onto Probation Service pay and conditions have concluded. UNISON is now inviting parent company and supply chain members to vote on whether to accept or reject the proposals.

UNISON is recommending that ex-CRC parent company and supply chain members vote to ACCEPT the harmonisation proposals.

Our member guide aims to set out all the information which you will need to come to a decision on how to vote. HMPPS is also making information on the harmonisation proposals available to staff. Please read our member guide carefully before casting your vote in the ballot.

UNISON is also aiming to organise some briefings for members during the consultation period so that you can ask any questions you may have on the proposals.

How do I vote?

The consultation will be run online. Eligible members will receive a voting email to your preferred email address. Voting emails will be sent out from 30 August 2022.

If you do not receive an email by 2 September 2022, and for members who have not supplied an email address, you may vote try to vote online by the link below.

Please have your membership number ready in order to verify your membership – you will need this before you can vote.

You can find this on your membership card or by contacting your local UNISON branch or calling UNISON direct (Telephone 0800 0 857 857) who can provide your membership number.

  • The ballot opens at 09.00 on Tuesday 30 August
  • The ballot closes at 12 noon on Tuesday 20 September.
