Conference recognises the complexity of organising conferences but notes recently they have been held in the same city twice in three years. This imposes both financial and organisational burdens on the host region.
Conference therefore instructs the National Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Committee to work with the conference office to ensure that the LGBT conference is shared more equitably among the regions.
