Bargaining Sectors, Occupational Groups and Occupational Networks
Conference notes the report Health Service Group Structures Review which sets out the changes to the Health Group constitution necessary to address the changes to Service Group structures agreed at National Delegate Conference 2009 and the revised sector/occupational group changes proposed by the Health Group Executive.
Conference approves the proposed changes to the Health Group constitution and implementation plan as detailed in the Recommendations section of the document.
Conference notes that further work will be carried out by the Health Service Group Executive to agree the composition of the occupational groups and networks provided within the revised structures. Conference calls on the Executive to continue to consult with Regional Health Committees and the existing National Sector Committees regarding these decisions and to undertake ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the structures.
