Rule D.4.5.2, after “Regional Council” delete “or” and replace with “and”
Rule D.6.4, after “shall be entitled to” insert “form a Regional Retired Members’ Forum and”
Add new Rule D.6.5:
“6.5The Retired Members’ Forum may formulate proposals, motions or other proposals to the appropriate Regional Council and Regional Committee. Such proposals or motions may be on any issue or matter other than one which concerns the pay and conditions of work of members of the union in employment.”
Renumber accordingly.
Rule F.4, add new Rule F.4.3.3:
“4.3.3Each Self-Organised Group and the Retired Members’ Forum and Young Members Forum may submit motions, amendments, proposals and statements on the agenda of the Regional Council. In the case of the Retired Members’ Forum, such proposals or motions may be on any issue or matter other than one which concerns the pay and conditions of work of members of the union in employment.”
Renumber accordingly.
Add new Rule 4.4.3:
“4.4.3Each Self Organised Group and the Retired Members Forum and Young Members Forum shall be entitled to send a delegate or delegates to the Regional Council.
Rule F.4, add new Rule F.4.4.4:
“4.4.4Delegates will be elected annually by the Self-Organised Group, Retired Members’ Forum or Young Members’ Forum.”
Renumber accordingly.
Rule F.5, add new Rule F.5.1.4:
“.4Representatives from the Retired Members’ Forum and Young Members’ Forum.”
Renumber accordingly.
