Conference notes the decision made by the Service Group Executive with regard to the provision of the Service Group Seminar in 2005, in that branches are to provide their own accommodation.
This Conference is concerned that this decision was made before the Service Group Liaison Committee and the National Executive Committee had provided their reports with regard to Service Group Conferences and Service Group Seminars.
Conference therefore instructs the Service Group Executive to organise the Police Service Group Seminar in 2005 on the same basis as before, in so much that,
1) The accommodation and provision of the seminar is organised by the Service Group Executive
2) The seminar has a workshop to allow delegates to express their views on the way future seminars are run and financed.
