Mike Hines, Assistant National Officer for Health and Safety, will set out how some of the fundamental legal rights can be utilised to support an organising approach and to hold employers to account on any issue that might affect members health, safety and welfare at work.
Kalvinder Tiwana from the SOU will go through the 5 phase plan & how it can be used to build member engagement and participation in a strong campaign to win for MAT members The plan can also be adapted to other issues and to other sectors.
