To coincide with World Mental Health Day, UNISON are hold a Mental Health Seminar at UNISON Centre in London
UNISON is marking “World Mental Health Day” with a one-day Seminar to be held at UNISON Centre, Euston Road, London NW1 2AY.
We will be looking at what is “mental health” in the workplace and the areas which it covers, what the political landscape looks like with regard to supporting good mental health at work and we will also look at indicators to poor mental health and how best these can be managed in the workplace.
We will also find out how successful bargaining on mental health at work can improve the well-being of all employees.
The day is aimed at safety reps who are interesting in learning more about mental health and how Mental Health First Aid fits into the bigger picture
