The conference will bring together local campaigners, union members, library users and library workers and give them a rare chance to talk directly to the people who make the decisions at national level.
The impact of the increasing use of volunteers to take over the running of public library services will be discussed before delegates are given the opportunity to question the chair and chief executive of the new Leadership for Libraries taskforce.
This is a UNISON event run in tandem with CILIP, the Library Campaign and Voices for Libraries.
