Come and hear about the Us2 campaign, aimed at getting contractor staff operating within your organisations the same pay rates as colleagues who are directly employed by the NHS.
We are delighted to be joined by branch secretary for Manchester University NHSFT, Wendy Guest, who will share how the branch has successfully campaigned for Sodexo members to receive the pay uplift and lump sum in line with the Agenda for Change pay award.
You will also hear from Donna Rowe-Merriman, head of the Private Contractors Unit, and national officer Sharan Bandesha, about the work being done nationally, including support available for branches.
