Environment Agency Pay Campaign
EA members are being balloted on a pay offer for 2023/24
- UNISON, alongside other Environment Agency trade unions, submitted the pay claim for 2023/24 on behalf of all EA staff.
- UNISON strike action planned for 3-6 November 2023 was suspended, following agreement from Government Ministers to approve the EA’s Pay Flexibility Business Case (PFBC) and a commitment from the employer to engage in new pay talks on this basis.
- A formal pay offer for 2023/24 has now been made to EA staff, and union members will be balloted on the offer between 23 November and 12 December.
