About this job
The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills in assisting branches to recruit, map membership density, develop new activists, organise and drive forward our campaigning work in branches and across the region.
To undertake this role you must have good interpersonal and IT skills, excellent administrative and organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.
You will be based in the Taunton office and will need to be able to travel within the region and also possibly to London for meetings/training as required.
