The Local Government, Police and Justice Section deals with UNISON’s work in councils, other local government employers, police forces and probation services. The Administrator will provide a range of clerical and administrative support duties across all areas of the section.
- team player with experience of working and multi-tasking in a pressurised environment
- good communication and time management skills
- proven admininstrative and secretarial skills
- experience and expertise in using office equipment/systems and a full range of IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- administration of committees/meetings and seminars
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in a administrative/secretary role who also wants to play a dynamic role in a campaigning organisation
