The Local Government, Police and Justice Section deals with UNISON’s work in councils, other local government employers, police forces and probation services. The Administrator will provide a range of clerical and administrative support duties across all areas of the section.

Skills/experience required:

  • team player with experience of working and multi-tasking in a pressurised environment
  • good communication and time management skills
  • proven admininstrative and secretarial skills
  • experience and expertise in using office equipment/systems and a full range of IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • administration of committees/meetings and seminars
