About this job

Working as part of the Central Services Team you will be responsible for providing day-to-day clerical support in our Regional Centre. This will involve opening and distributing incoming/outgoing post, distributing information electronically and in print, photocopying, simple copy typing, maintenance of files and electronic databases, providing reception cover and dealing with telephone enquiries.   You must be highly motivated with excellent communication and team-working skills, and you must be familiar with using Mircrosoft Word and Excel packages.  An ability to work to tight deadlines and a methodical approach to good housekeeping practices is essential.

Whilst a trade union background is not essential it is important that you have a commitment to the Trade Union movement.
