We are looking for someone who can influence Government policy on the NHS; lead negotiations that drive improvements to pay, terms and conditions; run campaigns that stand up for patients and services; manage health team people and work programmes effectively; and involve and engage members through our democratic structures.
If you have a proven track record in complex negotiations and policy development in an industrial relations setting; great planning and organisational skills and can forge relationships of trust and confidence with key stakeholders, we want to hear from you!
