We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient new member to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to handle a multitude of varied administrative tasks under their own initiative and as part of a team in a busy union office.
Duties will include some of the following:
- Maintaining union records on national database
- Processing application forms and arranging for payments to be taken
- Data cleansing
- Setting up and maintaining branch website (with Regional help)
- Developing the use of social media on behalf of the branch
- Dealing with phone calls and emails from members
Applicants would require good accurate keyboard skills, excellent IT skills and experience of databases, websites and social media (further training to be given). An enthusiastic, flexible attitude and confidentiality are essential.
