UNISON Yorkshire & Humberside Region is looking for a number of Local Fighting Fund Organisers to support its organising agenda. The successful candidates will recruit new members and work with regional organising teams, mapping membership density and campaigning to develop new activists. To undertake this role you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the trade union movement and previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a similar organisation would be an advantage.
You will need to be prepared to travel within the region as required including to our regional office in Leeds and also to London on an occasional basis for training or other purposes.
