The RMS Operations Unit oversees all development, training and support for this system and ensures this key organising tool meets the union’s key objectives. We are looking to appoint an Administrator within the RMS Operations department based at UNISON Centre though some travel to regional offices may be required.
The role:
Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities will be to ensure the general administration of the department runs efficiently and effectively. This will involve resolving or escalating queries referred to the department, writing formal documentation, administrative tasks associated with our membership system and assisting the appropriate manager in managing the departmental budget.
The person:
This role is a key position within the RMS Operations department:
You will have skills and experience in writing formal materials, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel. You’ll enjoy managing priorities, team working and using your initiative; to support this you will have excellent communication and administrative skills.
