About this job

You need to have strong leadership skills and have the ability to manage a wide range of staff using effective interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will bring their experience of financial management skills to the post and be able to work under pressure, manage budgets, estates, health and safety issues and electronic data bases.

You will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on paper.

A sound understanding of trade unions and their objectives is essential along with a good understanding of UNISONs policies and objectives.

You will need to be able to travel within the region for meetings/training as required.
