We are currently looking to appoint a Local Fighting Fund organiser working with Rhondda Cynon Taff & Merthyr Tydfil local government branches.

You need to be an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual to support our growing organisation. The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills to the role and be able to develop and deliver recruitment and organising initiatives and campaigns in our branches.

You will need to be able to travel within the region for meetings/training as required.

Please note that as the local and area organiser assessment centres are on the same day, candidates will not be able to attend both. In the event that you are shortlisted for both posts you will have to select which application to pursue.

Applicants that are longlisted will be invited to attend an assessment centre on 20 November 2015 which will be held at the regional office in Cardiff.

Successful shortlisted candidates from the assessment centre will be invited back for an interview on Friday 27 November 2015.
