Recruiting and organising

This set of flexible recruitment activities has been designed to help branch officers, stewards, union learning representatives and health & safety representatives explore the best way to approach organising within their branch. They can be used as one-off activities in meetings with members or branch committees, as an add-on to an organising course or as a workshop for branch activists.

They aim to build confidence in using recruitment techniques, to tackle barriers to recruiting and to highlight daily workplace situations that offer recruitment opportunities.
