The Department of Health and Social Care are hosting a series of webinars for the Adult Social Care workforce on the introduction of a Fair Pay Agreement (FPA) to the sector.
These will outline what an FPA is, the work that has progressed so far and how you can get involved.

Cross Border Worker Specific Webinars
These sessions are for workers who may live near the border between England and Scotland or Wales or who work in adult social care in two nations (e.g. in England and Wales).
These session will provide an overview of how workers would be affected by separate agreements in England and Scotland or Wales.
