We aim to raise awareness of health and safety issues at work and use our health and safety activists to campaign to improve working conditions for all.
Some campaigns we support are on-going annual events, used to raise awareness and effect change at particular times – such as international Workers Memorial Day and European Health and Safety Week – and are backed by other organisations such as TUC and Hazards.
Others, are our own campaigns designed to highlight the work of our activists such as our National Health and Safety seminar and the Safety Rep of the Year Awards.
Annually we focus on a pressing issue that is of major concern to its members. This year it our focus in on mental health.
