UNISON Pay Ballot 2024/25 Unipart NHS Chain Supply members working in Normanton, Alfreton, Runcorn, Bury St, Edmunds & Maidstone sites on Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions.
We want you to have your say on a pay offer put forward by your employer, the offer has come out of pay negotiations which have now concluded.
We believe the offer is the best achievable through negotiations, and we recommend that you accept the offer.
This is an important opportunity for you to influence your future pay and we hope you choose to take part in the ballot which will close on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at Mid-day (12.00 pm)
Details of the offer from Unipart NHS Chain Supply is as follows:
AfC O and P grades will receive a £1400 pay award that will be integrated into base salary. This equates to a 5.75% increase of a warehouse operative’s basic pay and is effective 1st April 2024. This salary increase will be pro-rated for part time colleagues.
AfC management grades N, M and K will receive a 3% pay award or £1400, whichever is the greater. This will be effective 1st April 2024. This salary increase will be pro-rated for part time colleagues.
HOW TO VOTE
All eligible members with an email address will receive their voting link on Tuesday May 7 2024. There will be a reminder email before the ballot closes on May 21.
