UNISON’s National Strategic Organising Unit has designed a 5 day course for branch employed organising staff, which offers skill development and practical tools to support the delivery of the Organising to Win strategy at a local level, covering:
- effective conversations
- identifying collective issues
- coaching of activists
- building strength in workplaces
- mapping and charting tools
Dates and venues are yet to be set and will be based on responses from branches.
