Am I included in the NHS pay consultation?
These consultations, running from 14 April 2025, are for members working for NHS employers in England and Cymru/Wales whose pay the government sets via the ‘Agenda for Change’ pay scales.
Check if your employer is included
If you work for a company such as a private contractor, wholly owned subsidiary, social enterprise or GP surgery, unfortunately you are not eligible to take part in this consultation.
UNISON continues to campaign for staff like you to get pay rises along with your directly employed colleagues, and for services to come back in-house.

But I am employed directly by the NHS. Why can’t I take part?
