Nominations will open on 28 February for by-elections in five vacant seats on three of the union’s service group executives: community, local government and police and justice

By-elections are being held for five vacant seats on three of the union’s service group executives.

Community

Eastern regional general seat

Local government

Cymru/Wales female seat

Yorkshire and Humberside reserved (low pay) seat

Police and justice

East Midlands general seat

North West general seat

The nomination period opens on Tuesday 28 February and closes at 5pm on Friday 31 March 2017.
