What do members in senior roles think about pay and training in local government?

Survey of local government chief officers and senior managers in England and Wales closes on 20 December

UNISON has launched an online survey of local government chief officers and senior managers in England and Wales on pay and training.

The survey is live online now at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/8TB3JCM and ends on Tuesday 20 December.

We are seeking the views of members and non-members in chief officer and senior manager roles on issues covering pay, training and skills development, whether they are JNC, NJC or local terms and conditions.

The union last surveyed these local government workers in 2013.

The union will use the survey results to make sure that its work representing and campaigning on behalf of these members meets their needs.
