Council and school workers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland asked to have their say on pay offer
Local government branches in England, Wales and Northern Ireland have started consulting members on the pay offer from employers.
Members need to have their say before 18 February, when branches need to return the consultation results to their regional offices.
UNISON is recommending rejection of the offer following a meeting of the NJC committee of members, which oversees the negotiations.
