Sixth form college employers make final offer

UNISON consulting members on offer until 27 November (England only)

Negotiations on the 2015/6 pay round for sixth form colleges in England have concluded and the employers’ body, the SFCA, has made a final offer of:

  • a 0.9% increase to all pay points on the sixth form college support staff pay spine and London weighting and fringe area allowances;
  • additional increases to pay points 10, 11 and 12.

For staff on point 10, the offer represents an increase of £755 per annum (5.75%), for point 11 the increase is £511 (3.76%) and for point 12 the increase is £324 (2.3%).

UNISON branches in England are consulting members in sixth form colleges on the offer. This consultation closes on 27 November.
