UNISON calls on NI Executive and Assembly to reject budget that hurts people

UNISON NI have today released a response to the 2015-2016 budget proposed by the Stormont Government.

The budget outlines major cuts to public services which will have a detrimental effect on the people of Northern Ireland.

UNISON calls on the NI Executive and NI Assembly to reject a budget that hurts the people.

We encourage the people of Northern Ireland  to respond to these cuts by lobbying your local MLA, MP, political parties and councillors, ask them to properly fund public services. Take part in action organised by UNISON or by your local community.

The cuts affect us all. Together we can make a difference, stand up and fight for your public services.
