UNISON negotiators, alongside representatives of the other joint trade unions, today met with the Universities and College Employers Association, to start discussions on the 2014/15 pay round.
“A constructive exploration has taken place on the core components of the trade unions’ pay claim and the context for the HE employers,” commented Donna Rowe-Merriman, UNISON senior national officer for education and children’s services.
“Our positive dialogue will continue, and we will meet again formally on 15 April 2014.”
