UNISON is encouraging a show of solidarity from all members at this Friday’s (7/6/13) joint trade union rally in Derry. The march will leave Rectory Fields residential home at 2pm before walking over the Peace Bridge to Guildhall Square. A number of speakers will address the crowd which will then disperse by 3pm. The aim of this rally is to raise awareness of the Health Minister Edwin Poots’ policy on residential home closures and privatisation under Transforming Your Care. We look forward to seeing you there.
