As the UK deals with yet more extreme weather and floods, UNISON is calling on the Government to see sense, and ease the drastic spending cuts that have hit the Environment Agency. This is money that would have been spent on flood defence programmes and the affects of these cuts are now being felt in communities throughout England and Wales.
