Lobbying against police privatisation in Bedfordshire (top) and Cambridgeshire (bottom)
(28/06/12) UNISON police staff members were out campaigning against police privatisation in the east of England today.
UNISON Eastern Labour Link organiser Sam Older noted that Labour police and crime commissioner candidates had been very supportive.
Hertfordshire candidate Sherma Batson attended the Hertfordshire lobby, Bedfordshire candidate Olly Martin tweeted his support and some media information about how G4S are working at the Olympic Park.
And Cambridgeshire candidate Ed Murphy has been very vocal in his support for UNISON’s Stop Police Privatisation campaign.
