A customer services specialist from Leicestershire, who pioneered the first trial learning agreement in the energy sector, has been awarded TUC learner rep of the year by Prime Minister Gordon Brown at the TUC Congress in Liverpool today. Nicola Njie, became a UNISON member in August 2007, and a learner rep six months later.
