LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIONS APPEAL TO ACAS FOR QUICK RESOLUTION TO PAY TALKS

Trade unions* representing 1.5 million local government workers have today

(1 October) written to ACAS urging them to begin arbitration as soon as

possible, to resolve the long-standing dispute over pay.
