The spectre of national strike action across the NHS will move one step closer today (23 April), when UNISON health workers from across the UK vote on a ballot for strike action at their annual health conference in Brighton.
UNISON represents more than 450,000 heath workers and a series of emergency motions condemn the miserly 2.5% pay award being offered to NHS staff and express outrage at the Government
