UNISON, the largest union representing health service managers, has welcomed the new Code of Conduct for managers launched today. The Code sets out the core standards of conduct expected of NHS managers and UNISON made forceful representations to alter the original draft , to give managers protection if they spoke out about their concerns and staffing issues.
